At Motorland.io, we prioritize the integrity and security of our pilots' data. This document outlines how we collect, process, and protect your information within our procedural ecosystem.
We collect the following technical data points:
- Authentication Identifiers: Email and profile information provided via Google Authentication or anonymous session IDs for temporary guest access.
- Gameplay Telemetry: Mission records, completion times, $MC balances, and achievement logs required for global rankings.
- Device Metadata: OS version, browser type, and performance metrics to optimize the WebGL rendering engine.
2. THIRD_PARTY_INTEGRATION
Our infrastructure relies on secure professional services to maintain the global sync:
- Firebase (Google Cloud): Used for secure authentication and real-time database management of rankings and player assets.
- Google AdSense & Advertising: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Motorland.io or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our pilots based on their visit to our platform and/or other sites on the Internet. Pilots may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or through our internal Consent Management interface.
3. COOKIE_ADVISORY
We use essential cookies to maintain your login state and security tokens. Third-party partners like AdSense may use non-essential cookies for advertising personalization. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or AdSense interface.
4. DATA_RETENTION_POLICY
Active pilot profiles are maintained as long as the account is in use. Anonymous temporary profiles may be purged after periods of inactivity to ensure database efficiency. Users authenticated via Google can request data deletion at any time by contacting our support node.
